1. Store Operations & Workflow Optimization
As the operator, you don't cook the food yourself. Instead, you improve efficiency through layout planning and equipment purchases.

• Flow Design: Arrange order counters, pickup areas, kitchen stations, and seating to minimize unnecessary movement for both customers and staff.

• Equipment Upgrades: Invest in automatic grills, self-ordering kiosks, and pickup lockers to reduce reliance on manpower and increase kitchen throughput.

2. Staff Management & Training
Your employees are your most valuable asset. You are responsible for:

• Hiring & Training: Recruit front-of-house staff, kitchen help, and cashiers, then train them to improve their skill levels.
