Full Curated List (Sorted By Price)
Resident Evil Requiem | New All-Time Low
Price: $55.99 / £47.99 (20% off) | Genre: Survival horror
If you’ve been holding out on the newest Resident Evil installment, now’s your sign to jump in and join Leon and Grace back in Raccoon City. Launching just this past February, this 20% markdown is the lowest price Resident Evil Requiem has ever hit on Steam.
As we covered in our full review, it’s an essential pick for Resi fans: cranked-up tension, satisfying action, and the deepest, most nuanced take on iconic protagonist Leon Kennedy we’ve ever gotten. With two playable leads each bringing their own spin to the survival horror formula, it easily earns a spot among the franchise’s best entries. Factor in the recently added roguelike mode, plus Capcom’s upcoming Resident Evil – Code: Veronica remake landing in 2027, and this discount couldn’t have timed better.
Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition | New All-Time Low
Price: $33.10 / £27.58 (60% off) | Genre: RPG
As someone who’s poured well over 1000 hours into CD Projekt Red’s dystopian sci-fi RPG, I can’t hype Cyberpunk 2077 enough if you haven’t experienced it yet. From building your own custom version of protagonist V, to choosing how you navigate the danger and glow of neon-drenched Night City, it’s an unforgettable ride from start to finish. What sticks with me most is how its high-octane story grapples with identity and survival in a world where cybernetic upgrades are everywhere — and losing yourself is as easy as slotting a new chip into your brain.
V’s fight to save their own life is absolutely worth your time, and the deep discount on the Ultimate Edition makes now the perfect moment to jump in. The bundle packs the base game plus the phenomenal Phantom Liberty expansion — one of the best DLC releases in recent memory — at its lowest price ever. The base game alone is also marked down to just $17.99 / £14.99 (more than worth the Eddies), but I’d strongly spring for the Ultimate Edition so you don’t miss Idris Elba’s performance and the morally gray chaos of Dogtown.
Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era | New All-Time Low
Price: $29.99 / £26.24 (25% off) | Genre: Strategy
Strategy fans, listen up. Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era is currently at its all-time lowest price on Steam. A triumphant return for the beloved strategy RPG series that made its mark in the ’90s, Olden Era blends RPG progression, real-time strategy, and grid-based tactical combat into a deeply satisfying gameplay loop that keeps you coming back for more.
It launched back in April and is still in Early Access, but don’t let that deter you. As we noted in our Early Access review, the game is already bursting with effectively endless content, including multiplayer, randomized skirmishes, and a solid chunk of the full campaign ready to play.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 | New All-Time Low
Price: $23.99 / £19.99 (60% off) | Genre: RPG
Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 stands as one of the strongest first-person RPGs released in recent years, boasting a richly detailed open world that fully immerses you in medieval Europe. You play as Henry of Skalitz, an ordinary young man pulled into all manner of medieval adventures alongside his companion (and potential romantic interest) Hans Capon. War Horse delivers a fantastic lineup of side quests alongside a gripping main story centered on avenging the death of Henry’s parents.
Staying true to its RPG roots, the game lets you shape Henry however you like — whether you want to build him into a silver-tongued, stealthy rogue or a heavily armored sword-swinging powerhouse. Both Andy and I have had countless memorable moments with this one, and if you’re ready to go medieval, this Steam Summer Sale deal is hard to beat: it’s at its lowest price ever right now.
Mewgenics | New All-Time Low
Price: $22.49 / £18.74 (25% off) | Genre: Strategy roguelike
Easily one of the best games of 2026 so far, Mewgenics just got a solid discount, bringing it down to its lowest price on Steam to date. From Edmund McMillen — creator of The Binding of Isaac and Super Meat Boy — and Tyler Glaiel of The End is Nigh fame, Mewgenics is a turn-based tactical adventure all about breeding and raising your very own army of cats. With heritable traits that pass down between generations, you can experiment to create the ultimate mutant feline squad and send them on loot-filled runs.
As we discussed in our full review, it’s an “enormously varied” roguelike with a creative, deeply satisfying gameplay loop. Between its near-endless replay value, fantastic soundtrack, and delightfully weird sense of humor, it’s the kind of game you can easily sink dozens and dozens of hours into.
Two Point Museum | New All-Time Low
Price: $20.09 / £16.64 (33% off) | Genre: Simulation
One of the best simulation games out there just got a major price cut, with Two Point Museum now available at its lowest Steam price yet. As a history enthusiast, I had an absolute blast building and running my own museums. Everything from sending staff on expeditions to hunt for fossils, to curating exhibits exactly how I wanted them, to laying out gift shops and designing visitor flow — it all just clicks.
Since its 2025 launch, the game has received several great updates (including a very on-theme summer update), making it a fantastic pick if you love management sims packed with charm, humor, and intuitive building tools. You can read more of my thoughts in our full Two Point Museum review if you want the deep dive.
Inkonbini: One Store. Many Stories | Fresh Indie Pick
Price: $15.99 / £13.59 (20% off) | Genre: Simulation
Released back in April, this charming indie gem is 20% off right now — and absolutely worth adding to your library if you’re after something cozy and low-stakes. Set in 1990s Japan, the game follows Makoto Hayakawa, a college student working a summer job at a local convenience store.
Between restocking shelves, arranging displays, and prepping the store for opening, there’s a wonderfully meditative quality to the day-to-day organizing. But as I discovered playing the demo ahead of launch, much of its magic comes from the regular customers you meet. As you help them find what they need or offer recommendations, you slowly learn their stories and get to know the local community. If I didn’t already own it, I’d be picking it up at this price without hesitation.
Hollow Knight: Silksong | All-Time Low
Price: $14.99 / £12.56 (20% off) | Genre: Metroidvania
Hollow Knight: Silksong spent years in development and was easily one of the most hyped games in the lead-up to its 2025 release — and Team Cherry’s sequel proved it was well worth the wait. Now regarded as one of the best Metroidvanias of recent years, right alongside its predecessor, the game is currently at its lowest price on Steam so far.
As we said in our review, it’s a near-perfect follow-up that builds on everything great about the original while offering a rich, rewarding new world to explore. Playing as Hornet feels fantastic thanks to her unique, fluid movement abilities, and there’s no shortage of brutal challenges to overcome. If you’ve been holding off or have been curious to give it a shot, this is a great opportunity to pick it up below full price.
Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade | New All-Time Low
Price: $13.99 / £12.24 (65% off) | Genre: RPG
With Final Fantasy 7 Revelation — the conclusion to Cloud’s story — announced at Summer Game Fest Live 2026, it feels almost serendipitous that the first installment of the remake trilogy is now at its all-time low on Steam. Even better, the discount applies to the Intergrade version, which includes the Episode INTERmission expansion starring fan-favorite Yuffie. If you want to get caught up before the next entry drops in 2027, consider this your sign to experience the start of Cloud’s Midgar adventure.
Introducing the iconic core cast and setting the stage for the sprawling open world of Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, Final Fantasy 7 Remake is a lovingly crafted reimagining of the classic PS1 JRPG. Its modernized real-time combat system retains the strategic depth of the original’s turn-based ATB system, making it a joy for long-time fans who’ll recognize all the classic moments, while still being totally accessible for newcomers jumping in for the first time.
Dead Space Remake | Under $5 Pick
Price: $5.99 / £4.99 (90% off) | Genre: Survival horror
If you’ve never played Dead Space and you’re craving a tense, atmospheric horror experience, the phenomenal Dead Space Remake is available for the unbelievably low price of under $6 / £5. Widely considered one of the best horror games out there, the 2023 remake of the 2008 classic manages to be even more unsettling than the original — and that’s saying a lot.
You step into the boots of Isaac Clarke, an engineer sent to repair the USG Ishimura mining vessel, only to find things have gone horrifically wrong. The ship’s crew has been brutally slaughtered, your partner is missing somewhere on board, and you’re left to survive using only your engineering know-how. With grotesque necromorphs stalking you around every corner, the sci-fi setting delivers nonstop scares. If you’re in the mood for some quality horror, this is an absolute steal.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt | Under $5 Pick
Price: $3.99 / £2.49 (90% off) | Genre: RPG
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has cemented itself as one of the greatest open-world RPGs of the last decade, and right now you can dive into Geralt’s epic adventure for practically nothing if you haven’t picked up CD Projekt Red’s fantasy masterpiece on Steam yet. Honestly, it’s also the perfect excuse to replay it on a new platform even if you’ve already finished it elsewhere — it’s that cheap.
Following Geralt, a mutant monster hunter known as a witcher, you travel across vast, beautifully realized landscapes searching for your adopted daughter Ciri, who’s being hunted by the spectral Wild Hunt. Between its unforgettable side quests and gripping main story, playing through it — or replaying it — is also a great way to get ready for The Witcher 4. At a historic low price, the upcoming Songs of the Past expansion dropping next year just gives you even more reason to grab it now.
