Color Shot is similar to the classic “needle through the gap” concept. Players tap the screen to launch a small ball, which briefly travels through the air before hitting the target circle through one of the gaps in its outer wall. The unpredictable movement of the outer wall puts even more pressure on the player. As the levels progress, the gaps become increasingly narrow, and one wrong judgment can cost you the entire run. And once you fail, you have to start all over again, making the game quite challenging.
The simple interface design of Color Shot is also worth praising. There are no flashy elements or unnecessary distractions to take your eyes or mind away from the gameplay, making the overall experience clean, comfortable, and enjoyable.
